Double Tap Caps makes every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs holds.

Always verify proper fit before use. Check wheel clearance before placing caps on your wheels and tires. Recommend removing prior to entering any automatic car washes.
