Double Tap Caps makes every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
